I've just had a lucid dream yesterday. I was tired, beaten up, and fell asleep very quickly, then started dreaming. In the dream I was walking towards the edge of the higher ground, then jumping down. It's not that high, maybe a meter or two, but the image was dark so I was not sure, as a result my brain suddenly want to wake me up (like waking up you from a nightmare) but failed. Instead, I went into the lucid dream state for the first time of my life. I was aware of the dreaming state, and I made the ground go deeper so I could fall all the way. I was even aware of the vestibular reaction from my ear. But it's not consistent, since I knew I was dreaming, the imagery and the vestibular reaction fade out eventually, then I was awake.
It's a great experience, and I did a search, seems there are a lot of guys were having lucid dreams more often because of dk2. I think as a VR lover, we could find more ways to induce the lucid dream state since that's undoubtedly the ultimate state of VR that you can carry anywhere without any artificial equipment.
