Questions for programmers who lift weights


How do you maintain posture while working? Do you use a standing desk, inflatable ball, treadmill or take frequent breaks?


What do you do in your off time to reset your body from programming?


Is it even possible to have a relatively jacked physique (Brad Pitt level, not Schwarzenegger level) and also program for a living?


What would hypothetically be the best ergonomic setup with no constraint on cost or technology? E.G. an oculus rift with a 2d treadmill and motion sensing gloves. (or a hot tub, lol)
