Now, I say "perfect" because this is (as far as I know) the first 360 degree scripted movie. It's produced by Gene Rodenberry's son, and I saw it at a Comic-con panel 3 years ago.
From what I remember, the basic premise is much like the movie Cube; a bunch of strangers finding themselves in strange room, and the camera is basically in the center of the round table they're sitting at.
One of the producers at the panel demoed the movie on his iPad, showing you can control of the camera the entire time.
Their website looks like they're soliciting dome theaters only, and it looks like it's wasting way. I have no idea how good this thing actually is as a movie (it could be straight-to-video schlock), but it seems like the Oculus would be the perfect place for it at the moment.
