About ready to buy this. Any red flags or special considerations I should know about? First time builder, etc.

*Budget: $1200

*Okay with rebates?: Yes

*Usage: Gaming, specifically flight sim/vr (probably oculus rift), Elite Dangerous, Prepar3d (what a dumb-ass way to spell that).

*Interest in overclocking?: None, though I do not want to be limited should I change my mind at a later date.

*Buying: Within the next 5 days. Washington State, USA.

*Access to Microcenter walk-in deals?: No :(

*Owned peripherals: Upstar 1080p 60hz monitor with vga and hdmi input. Cheap kensington usb 3 button mouse which does the job until I want a better one (fingertip grip style).

*Require peripherals?: Yes, keyboard. Preferably mechanical with backlighting, but I'm still undecided. I know about switch types but have had no physical experience with them.

*Operating system required: Windows 8.1 64/32 bit.

*Wired is not a possibility, must use wireless.
