Quick question for all you dev pros, I've recently started treehouse on the swift track. I'm interested in starting with mobile app dev, moving toward indie game dev, with an end goal of Oculus VR development (obviously a long way down the road). All of my current devices are Apple, hence my interest in starting with Swift. I'm hoping you all could give me a little input on the best track for me to take in order to reach my end goal. Most of the self education tracks I've looked at focus on front end dev, full stack, Python, swift, SQL, etc. Is there a specific order my language learning should go in to reach VR dev as quickly as possible? I've read that C++ is a good game dev language, and that it's an option for Oculus dev. Would it make sense for me to jump right into that after swift? It would be nice if I could be fairly desirable to employers with my skill set as well once I have several years of experience.
I've read the FAQ here, and I hope this is specific enough to avoid upsetting anyone with a redundant post.
Thank you!
