Anyone else unable to get Low Persistence enabled in Elite Dangerous?

I finally got around to trying my DK2 with the game and can't seem to get it to enable low persistence.

I'm running in extended mode, Rift as primary and am getting a solid 75fps. Anyone else finding that low persistence is getting disabled?
